If buying ova (eggs) there is no garrantee on the success rate of the hatching of ova sent, and could be due to how they are looked after when leaving my care.

  •  PLEASE READ MY TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE ORDERING:

 

  •  The days of the week i will send orders out within the UK is :

          Monday to Friday 


  •  I WILL NOT SEND ORDERS OUT ON VERY COLD DAYS.

   

  • Your item/s will be packed as safely as possible and sent by next day delivery, as soon as payment is cleared, or recieved (if paying by PAYPAL) 

        

  •   I WILL ONLY REPLACE IF:

 

  •   INSECTS ARE  D.O.A (dead on arrival)

 

  •  OR  IF  MORE THAN TWO LIMBS ARE MISSING ON ANY OR EACH INSECT.  Stick insects are very resistant and can survive when one or two limbs are  missing.

       Phylliums DO NOT often survive to adult stage if a limb is missing.


  • If item/s needs to be replaced please let me know as soon as possible, item/s must be sent back in the original packaging and buyer must pay return postage. Item/s can either be replaced if a replacement is available or a full money refund will be given.
